The Head Brother/President shall be responsible for the general day-to-day running of the society and shall be entitled to represent the society at all times in matters affecting its interests. This includes scheduling regular meetings of the committee and the society and communicating with relevant organisations. The Vice-Head Brother shall be responsible for assisting the Head Brother with looking after Brother’s side of the ISOC, assist any brother or committee member whenever needed and raise concerns to Head Brother whenever issues arise in the brother’s side. The Vice-Head Brother shall also keep Head Brother of any incidents or updates from the brother’s side (including brother’s prayer room updates).

The Events Coordinators shall be responsible for planning and organising events, filling out all the necessary forms, attend event related meetings with the Opportunities team of SU and liaising with the ISOC volunteers to help out with setting up events. The Events Coordinators shall liaise with the President or Vice President or SU if any concerns arises and also to request for necessary resources to organise events.

The Head Sister/Vice President shall be responsible for assisting the Head Brother/President in the calling of meetings, the preparation of agenda for such meetings, the keeping and preparing of minutes for such meetings, the conduct of correspondence on behalf of the society and keeping the Opportunities Team informed of the names and addresses of officers of the society and of any amendments to this constitution.
