This role would suit someone who shares this vision.

The Union has been through a turnaround process over the last 18 months and we are looking for an enthusiastic and determined individual to help us transform our Advice and Student Support Services - improving our customer service and advice processes to provide LSBU students with a high quality experience.

The post holder will lead staff in the Advice and Student support team to design and deliver a high quality advice service, which includes the management of our SU reception desk which acts as the first point of contact for many LSBU students. Working closely with a range of LSBU stakeholders, the post holder will ensure our service is safe, independent and collaborative, delivering the best possible service for LSBU students.
